Meditation Gathering & Dharma Talk with Valerie Roth (The Satipatthana Refrain ) 6:30-8PM

In the Satipatthana Sutta, the Buddha describes four foundations of mindfulness, and associated meditation practices. The foundations include mindfulness of body, feelings, mind, and objects of mind.
In our study of the four foundations, we will follow the Sutta and address:
