Meditation Gathering & Dharma Talk with Valerie Roth (The Satipatthana Refrain ) 6:30-8PM

In the Satipatthana Sutta, the Buddha describes four foundations of mindfulness, and associated meditation practices.  The foundations include mindfulness of body, feelings, mind, and objects of mind.  

In our study of the four foundations, we will follow the Sutta and address:

Aug 25, 29      The Satipatthana refrain (followed by tea on the 25th)

Sep 15, 19      Mindfulness of physical characteristics (elements)

Sep 22, 26      Mindfulness of feelings (followed by tea on the 22nd)
